- A young individual that graduated a Train the Trainers event (or equivalent)?
- Active as a trainer locally and/or internationally, and can provide a training portfolio (example template) demonstrating at least 30 hours of training sessions?
- Interested to get actively engaged with organisational development in the future?

You will receive our decision by the 8th February 2016 and will be asked to confirm your attendance by the 11th February 2016. What we’re looking for in participants is motivation for participating, current/future impact potential, willingness to contribute to the event, proactivity and experience, interest in collaborations and understanding of organisational development.
