EFPSA’s Train the Trainers is an amazing week full of knowledge, development, challenges, fun, and friendship. Throughout this week, participants learn the basics of becoming a trainer, practice their skills, and take a step to the world of non-formal education. Training Office delivers training sessions to prepare 12 lucky psychology students to become trainers. After the event, participants will become trainer candidates, and in order to join the EFPSA Trainers Pool, they will be expected to have an EFPSA Trainer mentor, and deliver 10 hours of trainings. They will be given the opportunity to deliver training session within and outside EFPSA.
Content of the program
According to the needs of the participants, the exact content of the program is constantly adapted, but the main learning areas remain similar and are focused around (amongst others):

- Training Delivery
- Trainers’ Attitude
- EFPSA Knowledge Transfer
The participation fee for TtT 2019 is € 100 and each participant has the opportunity to receive a travel reimbursement of up to € 120.
